Academic Pathways

We offer three distinct, structured pathways to accommodate candidates across all academic levels and target languages.

Pathway A: Direct Graduate Entry (Master's / PhD)

For high-performing graduates seeking direct matriculation into Japanese University Graduate Schools.

English-Medium (SGU / Global 30) Track:

Target MEXT and English-taught Master's/PhD programs (e.g., University of Tokyo, Kyoto University, Tokyo Tech, Waseda). Focuses on IELTS/TOEFL score maximization, English research proposal formulation, and conversational Japanese for lab integration.

Japanese-Medium Track:

For candidates targeting mainstream Japanese-taught graduate programs. Requires intensive JLPT training (targeting N3/N2 prior to departure) alongside academic writing (Daigaku/Kenkyu Nihongo).

Pathway B: Alternate Pathway – Language School Bridge

For ambitious candidates who require in-country language immersion before entering a Master's program through our network of Ministry of Justice-approved Japanese Language School (Nihongo Gakko) partners.

  1. Phase 1: Academy

4-6 Months (Dhaka). JLPT N5/N4, initial research outline, COE & visa processing.

  2. Phase 2: Immersion

1-2 Years (Japan). Tokyo/Yokohama/Osaka/Kyoto, JLPT N2/N1, Daigakuin Shingaku Kurasu.

  3. Phase 3: Exam
