Scope and current website
Yomikata Academy presents educational facilitation and academic preparation information connecting Bangladesh and Japan. This draft covers its current eight-page informational website and voluntary email enquiries, not a separate enrolment or institutional application process.
The website has no user accounts, payments, contact forms, document uploads or online application submission. Its application-related call to action leads to the contact page, which displays email addresses as plain text. The displayed telephone entries are placeholders, not usable contact numbers. See also the Terms and Conditions.
Information you voluntarily provide
If you independently send an email, the recipient receives your email address, your message and any name, other personal information or attachments you choose to provide. You do not need to send academic records or identity documents merely to browse the website or make an initial enquiry.
The proposed purpose of handling enquiry information is to understand and answer your request and manage related correspondence. Any subsequent academic preparation, admission support or institutional referral requiring additional information should be explained through a separate, appropriately authorised process. This draft does not establish that such a process is already approved.
Language preference and browser storage
English and Japanese content use the same page URLs. The language selector saves a browser-local preference in localStorage under the key yomi_lang, using en for English and jp for Japanese. This is a preference value, not an account or an application record.
The application sets no expiry for this value. It can remain until you change the preference, clear the relevant browser storage or the browser otherwise removes it. Clearing cookies alone may not clear localStorage; use your browser's site-data controls. Preventing local storage may stop the preference being remembered.
Motion and Three.js provide decorative interface effects. Their presence does not establish that the website is free from third-party tracking or network requests.
Optional analytics and technical information
The code includes optional Google Analytics 4 integration. It can operate when analytics is enabled and a valid Google measurement identifier is configured. The actual deployment settings have not been verified for this draft.
Depending on Google's configuration and browser settings, analytics may process page views and other events, browser and device information, general geographic region, and cookie-based identifiers. Network requests expose an IP address and technical connection information to the receiving provider; this draft makes no claim about Google's storage or anonymisation of that information.
Hosting, delivery and email providers may also process network requests or technical logs, including IP addresses, request details and timestamps, to deliver and operate their services. The providers, processing locations and log retention arrangements remain unverified.
The proposed analytics purpose is understanding website use and improving information presentation. Google property settings, event collection, advertising features, retention and consent state must be checked before release. This draft does not claim that a consent banner, consent mode or website opt-out mechanism is implemented.
Your browser choices
You can change the language selector, clear stored site data, manage or delete cookies, restrict tracking through browser settings, or use tracking-blocking tools. These are different controls: removing the language preference does not disable analytics, and blocking cookies may not prevent every network request. Available controls and their effects vary by browser and provider settings.
Sharing and international processing
The proposed approach is purpose-limited disclosure of information necessary for hosting, email delivery or configured analytics. Information should be sent to an educational institution only through a separately authorised process, or disclosed where applicable law permits or requires it. No provider contract or institutional data-sharing arrangement is verified by this draft.
Correspondence and provider infrastructure may route information between Bangladesh, Japan and other countries. Actual recipients, locations, applicable legal bases and any required transfer safeguards must be verified. The site's domain does not determine the governing privacy law. Other disclosures, including practices legally classified as sale or sharing, require operator verification before publication; no blanket claim is made here.
Retention, security and sensitive information
No verified retention periods are available for enquiries, provider logs or analytics. Before release, the operator should define purpose-appropriate retention and deletion practices, including any lawful exceptions and provider limitations. The language preference's browser persistence is explained separately above.
Reasonable precautions for access control and information handling are proposed for operational review, not asserted as audited safeguards. No claim is made that all information is encrypted or that email is risk-free. Do not send passports, bank details or sensitive personal information by ordinary email. Ask how a suitable secure channel can be arranged before providing such material; no approved channel is currently specified here.
Privacy requests and release review
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing academic-affairs@yomikataacademy.jp or info@yomikataacademy.jp. Availability and scope depend on applicable law and any relevant exceptions. Reasonable, minimal identity verification may be necessary; avoid sending sensitive identity documents with your initial request. No fixed response deadline is promised by this draft.
Before publication, confirm the responsible operator's legal identity, actual information handling, applicable rights and legal bases, providers, international transfers, retention, security procedures and analytics or consent configuration. Final wording must match those findings and receive legal and operational review. Future substantive changes should be reviewed and clearly identified rather than treated as already effective.
